Women often delegate financial management to men, this leads to financial instability. We at Samvaad believe that women should be more familiar with means of managing their money and the money of the company by developing 'financial thinking'.

'Financial Thinking' is normally not their forte. While women are equally efficient technically, their deficiency in financial awareness is often seen as their ineligibility for senior positions and top roles. Our program, 'Finance for Women Managers', helps women managers understand the importance of the financial impact of their decisions. Outbound programs have proved to be highly effective in bringing about the latent leadership talent to the surface and discover the potential in each individual. For women executives, these have been life-changing experiences and have led to path-breaking outcomes for them Many accomplished women leaders often recall the immense benefit they drew from some Outbound Program they attended in the past. Samvaad - The Leadership Dialogues offers an array of outdoor programs and adventure activities covering various aspects of teamwork, leadership, communication skills, overcoming fear, breaking the inhibitions and problem solving. Our OUTBOUND TRAINING modules are customized for women managers, based on participants' organizational roles, their age, physical and psychological levels and aspirations.
